We are seeking an experienced administrative and HR Assistant to provide support to our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and human resources duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Manage employee records, including maintaining personnel files and updating the HRIS system

- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

- Support employee training and development initiatives

- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR policies and procedures

- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans

- Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed

- Other duties as assigned


- A minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in HR

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
