Job Descriptions:
Welders
Design, cut, and permanently join metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques.
Work with a range of materials and equipment in fitting and assembling metal components to form structures
Read blueprints and drawings to identify welding measurements and positionOperate all types of grinding machines, skill in the assembly of tools & welding equipment
Understand WPS, the process of welding & identify welding consumables as per project requirements.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions - vertical, horizontal, or overhead
Understand and fulfill the weld repairs if applicable
Maintain welding equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Follow work instructions and safety precautions while doing the job.

Pipe Fabricators
Carry out fabrication activities as directed by the Workshop Supervisor and Foreman.
Read and understand the ISO/Fab Drawings as necessary.
Check specifications, designs, and materials before starting the fabrication.
Set up fabrication machinery including fabrication tools - shears, rollers, drill presses, brakes, and flame cutters.
Measure and mark out cutting and bending lines.
Create the base templates as required.
Fabricate and assemble the components.
Complete the product and conduct a quality check.
Follow work instructions and safety precautions while doing the job.

Qualifications:
Welders
Minimum 2 years of related experience
At least secondary education plus training/certification in welding
Proficiency with welding machines and tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
Advanced mathematical skills
Welding skills (MiG - GMAW, Tig - GTAW, Stick - SMAW, FCAW, EBW, AHW, Plasma Arc Welding)
Below 40 years old preferred

Pipe Fabricators

Proficiency with metal fabrication machinery and tools.
