Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team! As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation, and preparation of purchase orders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our commitments to clients are met.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the procurement of products and services
• Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors
• Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions
• Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
• Analysing and evaluating supplier performance
• Managing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
• Coordinating with other departments

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Strong math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
