Responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations of the pharmaceutical industry. These operations include shipping, inventory management and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure that inventory is updated as per physical stocks and proper stock control is maintained.
• Responsible for ensuring proper execution of stock counts and cycle counts according to the policies.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance from a data integrity point of view and optimized warehouse capacity utilization.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate and control GMP documentation and filing, including safety documentation and meeting minutes.
• Coordinating with Transporters, Agents, Facility Service Providers, and Other External Agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions and delivery.
• Ability to liaise with the customers, suppliers, and transport companies to efficiently handle the day-to-day activities.
• Analyze and administer operations related to reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new procedures.
• Collaborate with the on-site maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that the property and individual units are repaired and maintained to be in compliance with company standards and local laws.
• Track and manage inventory.
• Inspect the warehouse and keep it clean and safe.
• Manage warehouse staff.
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflow processes.

Qualifications
• 7 years' experience in the warehouses of pharmaceutical industry.
• Well aware of Safety & GMP guidelines and industry best practices regarding pharmaceutical
warehousing and distribution.
• Availability of experience in cold chain management and distribution routes qualification.
• Availability of experience in inventory management.
• Availability of experience in using ERP systems.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizing skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
